Feel Better Tip of the Week:
Yes … you can strengthen your feet! All you need is a bag of marbles and a glass jar. While seated barefoot, spread the marbles out on the floor in front of you. Pick the marbles up one at a time with your toes and drop into the glass jar. Don’t forget to switch feet. Stronger feet equate to less fatigue and injuries.
